Shipping Terms and Conditions

Your order must meet the following criteria for the delivery of your package:

• The shipping method selected at the time of placing the order is associated with a delivery date.
• The package is shipped to a valid and eligible address.
• The confirmed delivery date will be included in the order confirmation email.
• Your credit or debit card must have been charged to confirm the purchase in order to obtain delivery confirmation.
• If a delivery attempt is made on the confirmed delivery date (or earlier), our delivery date will be deemed to have been met.
• If the carrier offers an appointment for delivery on the scheduled delivery date (or earlier), our delivery will be deemed to have been met.
