Depending on the plan selected, Accidental Damage Protection may also be available.
YarboCare must be purchased within 60 days of product delivery and remains subject to the eligibility requirements, coverage limits, exclusions, and other terms of the YarboCare program.
Accessories and standalone modules that do not include a Yarbo Core may not be eligible for YarboCare.
Returns and Replacements

Returned products must generally be complete with all accessories and documentation, in the original manufacturer packaging, and in saleable condition. For eligible returns that are not related to a product defect, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
Separately purchased accessories and consumable parts are subject to a 14-day return period, subject to Yarbo’s applicable conditions.
For certain situations involving shipping damage or product quality or manufacturing defects, Yarbo also provides a replacement period of up to 45 days.
All return, replacement, and warranty requests remain subject to assessment and approval in accordance with Yarbo’s official policies.
Warranty Service
If you experience an issue with a Yarbo product purchased through ASIRRIS, please contact us and provide the relevant information regarding the product and the issue encountered.
Depending on the nature of the issue, remote troubleshooting may be required before a repair or replacement is authorized.
If the issue qualifies for warranty coverage, Yarbo will determine the appropriate repair or replacement procedure in accordance with its applicable policy. Shipping fees may apply depending on the circumstances.

Yarbo’s warranty does not generally cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, the use of non-approved components, certain environmental or weather-related damage, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, or use in commercial, professional, or rental environments.
Coverage is also limited to the original country of purchase and requires valid proof of purchase.
Official Terms
Yarbo’s warranty, return, and protection policies may be modified by the manufacturer. Yarbo’s official terms in effect at the time of purchase will prevail.
Purchasing a Yarbo product through ASIRRIS does not limit any rights the consumer may have under applicable law.

ROBOTIN
Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
This policy applies to Robotin R2 Pro products purchased in Canada through ASIRRIS INC., an authorized Robotin dealer.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within thirty (30) days of receiving your Robotin R2 Pro.
All returns require prior authorization. Customers who purchased their Robotin R2 Pro through ASIRRIS INC. must contact ASIRRIS first to initiate the return process.
Once a return is approved, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued. Where return shipping is covered under this policy, a prepaid return shipping label will also be provided.
Where return shipping is the customer's responsibility, the customer may arrange their own carrier or request a shipping label and have the cost deducted from the applicable refund.
Products returned without a Return Authorization number cannot be accepted and may be refused by the receiving warehouse.
Once the Return Authorization is issued, the returned unit must reach the designated warehouse within fifteen (15) days.
If the unit arrives after this period, the return may be declined or an additional deduction may apply. The customer will be informed before either action is taken.
Where return shipping is the customer's responsibility, the product remains at the customer's risk until it reaches the designated warehouse. A tracked shipping service is therefore recommended.
Return Condition Requirements
Robotin understands that a floor-cleaning robot must be used in order to properly evaluate it. Testing the product does not automatically void your right to return it.
To qualify for a full refund, the returned unit must be:
- Complete, including the main unit, both modules, base station, all accessories, cables and documentation;
- Packed in the original carton and protective inserts, where these are still available;
- Drained of water and cleaned of debris, with the dust bin and tanks emptied; and
- Free of damage beyond normal traces resulting from a short trial period.
An incomplete unit will not automatically be refused. However, the replacement value of any missing items will be deducted from the applicable refund.
If the original carton or protective inserts are missing, the cost of repackaging will be deducted from the refund rather than automatically refusing the return.
Refunds, Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
| Situation | Report Within | Resolution | Return Shipping | Restocking Fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Damaged in transit | 7 days of delivery | Full refund of the item price and original shipping paid, or a free replacement | Covered | None |
| Wrong item sent | 30 days of delivery | Full refund of the item price and original shipping paid, or correct item sent free of charge | Covered | None |
| Dead on arrival (DOA) | 30 days of delivery | Free replacement or full refund of the item price and original shipping paid | Covered | None |
| Change of mind — unopened and unused | 30 days of delivery | Full refund of the item price. Original shipping is not refunded | Customer's responsibility | None |
| Change of mind — opened or tested | 30 days of delivery | Refund of the item price less applicable restocking deduction. Original shipping is not refunded | Customer's responsibility | 15% |
| Unit returned incomplete | 30 days of delivery | Applicable refund less the replacement value of missing parts | Customer's responsibility | 15% + missing parts |
| Fault arising after the first 30 days | Within 12 months of delivery | Repair or replacement under warranty. No refund | Covered | Not applicable |
| Consumable or wear part faulty on arrival | See applicable period below | Free replacement part | No return required | Not applicable |
Where a restocking deduction applies, it is calculated on the price paid for the unit, excluding taxes.
Original shipping charges are refunded only where the return results from a fault, damage, or an error on the seller's or manufacturer's side.
Products Damaged on Arrival
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.
If the carton or unit is visibly damaged, photograph the damage before unpacking further and report it within seven (7) days of delivery.
A replacement will be arranged at no cost to the customer, and the applicable carrier claim will be handled accordingly.
Reports submitted after seven (7) days may still be accepted at Robotin's discretion. However, recovery from the carrier may no longer be possible, and additional evidence may be requested.
Faulty Units & 12-Month Warranty
A unit that fails within thirty (30) days of delivery is treated as Dead on Arrival (DOA).
In this situation, the unit will be replaced and shipping in both directions will be covered.
After the first thirty (30) days, faults are handled under the Robotin limited warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship for twelve (12) months from delivery.
During the applicable warranty period, warranty service, replacement parts and shipping in both directions are provided free of charge for covered defects.
This warranty is provided in addition to any applicable legal warranty or consumer rights available in the customer's province.
Parts & Consumables — Defect Reporting
Brushes, rollers, filters, mop pads, seals, tyres and water tanks are considered consumable and wear items and are not covered by the standard 12-month product warranty.
However, these items are covered against defects that were already present when the product reached the customer. Normal wear and consumption resulting from use are not considered defects.
The applicable reporting period begins on the day the Robotin R2 Pro is activated in the Robotin app. Activation is recorded against the unit's serial number.
Brushes, filters and mop pads:
Defects must be reported within 7 days of activation.
Rollers, seals, tyres, water tanks and all other wear parts and accessories:
Defects must be reported within 30 days of activation.
Absolute deadline for all consumable and wear parts:
Regardless of activation, defects must be reported no later than 60 days from the delivery date.
If the product has not been activated in the Robotin app, the activation-based periods do not begin. In this situation, the 60-day deadline from the delivery date is the applicable limit.
The 60-day deadline applies in all cases.
If a defect report is accepted, a replacement part will be provided free of charge. The faulty consumable or wear part does not need to be returned with the machine.
After these periods expire, replacement parts and consumables may be purchased from Robotin or, where available, through ASIRRIS INC.
Returns That Cannot Be Accepted
The following are not eligible for return under this policy:
- Units returned without a Return Authorization number;
- Damage caused by accident or misuse;
- Damage caused by liquids other than clean water and approved cleaning solutions;
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modification or repair;
- Damage resulting from use outside the operating conditions stated in the user manual;
- Custom, personalized or clearly identified final-sale items; and
- Units purchased from a seller who is not an authorized Robotin dealer.
Refund Processing
Once a returned product reaches the designated warehouse, it will be inspected within five (5) business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days following inspection.
For Robotin products purchased through ASIRRIS INC., ASIRRIS will issue the applicable refund according to the same timeline.
Please note that banks and card issuers may require additional processing time before the credit appears on the customer's account.
If an approved refund has not been received fifteen (15) business days after notification of its approval, please contact ASIRRIS.
If a returned unit does not meet the return conditions described above, the customer will be notified within five (5) business days following inspection.
The unit may then either be:
- Returned to the customer at their expense; or
- Disposed of upon the customer's written instructions.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a Robotin product is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
If the exchange is required because the original product is faulty, damaged or incorrect:
- No restocking deduction applies; and
- Shipping in both directions is covered.
How to Request a Return, Refund or Warranty Service
For Robotin R2 Pro products purchased through ASIRRIS INC., ASIRRIS is your first point of contact for return requests, refunds and warranty assistance.
Customers must obtain a Return Authorization before shipping a product.
Robotin customer support is provided in English.
