Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

By purchasing from ASIRRIS.ca, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policy.
ASIRRIS acts as an authorized reseller. All return, refund, and exchange conditions are governed by this policy and, when applicable, by the manufacturer’s policies.

1. General Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
We strongly encourage customers to contact contact@asirris.ca before placing an order to ensure product suitability.

A 14-day reflection period does not apply, as products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners.

2. Damages, Defects, or Shipping Issues

Orders must be inspected upon delivery.

Any issue (incorrect item, missing parts, malfunction, or shipping damage) must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery by email to contact@asirris.ca including clear photos or videos.

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted
  • Damage caused by consumer misuse or negligence is excluded
  • Damaged packaging alone does not qualify as product damage

3. Return Eligibility (Manufacturer-Approved Returns)

Some manufacturers may offer a 30-day return window on eligible products.

Returns are only authorized if all conditions below are met:

  • Request submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Once approved, the product is returned within 14 calendar days
  • Product is in good working condition:
    • Fully functional
    • No excessive physical damage (minor cosmetic marks acceptable)
    • Returned with all original components and accessories

Products showing excessive damage, tampering, water intrusion, or unauthorized repair are not eligible.

4. Refund Terms

Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.

Possible deductions:

  • 5% processing fee for voluntary returns
  • Up to 10% restocking or repair fee if wear or damage is observed
  • 15% administrative fee may apply in certain cases

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing timeline:

  • Review: 3–5 business days
  • Refund confirmation by email
  • Funds returned within up to 10 business days (bank delays may apply)

5. Return Shipping & Packaging

Products must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent.

  • $39.99 CAD repackaging fee applies if original packaging is missing
  • Deductions apply for missing or damaged components

6. Exchanges

Products with verified defects covered by manufacturer warranty may qualify for an exchange.

  • Replacement ships within 5 business days after inspection
  • If the defective unit is not returned within 30 days, the exchange becomes void

7. Promotional & Discounted Items

All promotional, discounted, or coupon-based purchases are final sale.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

8. Liability & Warranty Limits

ASIRRIS’s liability is strictly limited to the refund or replacement of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, in accordance with this policy and manufacturer terms.
